On block 874,185, Clube Bitcoin UnB was born.

We are a student club from Universidade de Brasília, Brazil, focused on Bitcoin R&D and education.

Our goal is to educate students, and the wider community as well, into competent Bitcoin users and developers.


Our university is also the pioneer on Bitcoin education in Brazil, with the first technical Bitcoin university course, led by edilmedeiros (npub1uu8…hr2k), also an instructor on npub13s0kzccx2g7pnwwt5mjuwttl3m74t9qxyr6q7f9978e98tyjrw3qvx5g70 (npub13s0…5g70)'s Bitcoin Dev Launchpad.

All of this is downstream from the creation of BitDevsBSB, an open monthly meeting (with free pizza🍕) where we discuss technical and novel topics from Bitcoin and adjacent fields.
