I have a video game idea where you play as the government/corrupt company and you goal is to entrap as many people under your control as possible. There will be a propaganda upgrade that gets marketing behind smart tech appliances that make your targets life convenient while pumping narratives that non convenient options are bad. The ones that pop up and try to disuade the public because of built in surveilance tech can be dealt with directly at the cost of public trust, or subversively through slandering, blackmailing, etc.
We will call in "Public Relations".
