If you wanna do trades, remember to take the high salary figures with a grain of salt: those that make that much are either self-employed, or work into leftover union-protected jobs (The latter were way more common until they started shipping factories overseas)

You can start with those, but do keep in mind you'll have to grind for 2-3 years at least to become skilled enough (Basically, if you started right out of high school, that grind would be your sort of college). After getting out of that entry level pit (Which will probably be little above minimum wage), things can improve, but not by much. You then have to get into a union ASAP (But unions will usually ask for references. You really would need someone to guarantee for your, better if it's a family member). Otherwise, it's self-employment camp

Do be sure they're actually teaching you things, if they treat you like an amazon worker, then they're scamming you. They need to put tools in your hand and slowly teach you what and how to do. And careful with gas exhales and the like. Study a bit recommendations to avoid health risks
