it went on to explain to me all the interaction metrics you feed it and it phones home to figure out how to trick you.

i was like, what the fuck. no way am i letting this poison be served up to other people on MY app. so then it became a simple button that opens a new tab. no more bullcrap now. i see plenty of videos people post now, they are blossom hosted, with zero logging, zero dialing home, open source, and the content is actually a lot better.
