I always have these 2 bottles of Maggi seasoning (just replaced both - maybe after 6 yrs!)
Red cap is more Euro flavored - first distinct flavor I remember from raw hackepeter/mett (beef) at a German restaurant. My older bottle was made in Germany - this one doesn't say but French writing so maybe 🇫🇷 or 🇨🇭
Yellow cap is more suited to Asian flavors - Chinese and SE Asian cooking - pho and other. Product of china.
Just need a few drops to enhance #taste
