I'm not one to use "chemical" to induce fear, anything is a chemical, like dihydrogen monoxyde (water)... My point was about removing the biological agent (that sounds scary too right? Makes you think of weaponised disease) that did more than making the dough puff up. Like changing the taste and also the way it's digested
