What more work than Nip-29?
It's mostly one request for what we do:
- Fetching from one relay as the authority.
- If relay has "enforced", it doesn't even need p tags in the request
Getting all Forum posts for an (enforcing) community = getting all kind 11s with the h tag on the relay
I don't see the difference.
