i agree w/ this💯 i fully cut ties w/ family members & a few long time friends (not close friends, but people w/ whom i thought i shared basic human values)
he alludes to the paradox of tolerance (i'll add it below). i don't consider maga covered by the social contract
but i don't care for how he divides the left between the "left" & "liberals". i don't accept libertarians/neo-liberals co-opting the word liberal & stripping it of its meaning. why divide ourselves?
