That word is not even arabic, i suspect it is based on kiz in turkish which means girl or even the persian kuza meaning small pots or pods some say it evolved because of comparing how it looks anatomically, but the original arabic word with these letters كس doesn't mean that at all, as a noun it means underbite or mandibular prognathism, and as a verb it means to crush or to grind down.
