So it didn't work in UEFI CSM (Hybrid) mode. Then I tried UEFI non-CSM mode, which did work, but of course broke the existing Windows install that is using legacy boot.
Then I went back to UEFI CSM mode and it works now (????)
And then I toggled some BIOS settings and it stopped working, even putting them back didn't help. I had to go back to non-CSM mode to make it work again, and then again it stuck in CSM mode.
x86 world, are you doing OK?
