Hate to say it, but this is why we require that Rizful users sign up with an email (ANY email is fine, the just have to confirm it -- anonymous email forwarders are ok...) This whole thing of "I have sats but I don't know how to get to them and I don't know how to recover my password"... is not a great user experience -- and probably has led to a lot of stranded sats.....
