yea, and that's the catch: If you pay for a service, you have leverage, you can say "I take my business elsewhere", but when it's free anyway, they don't care losing some users due to censorship.

it all started with these big sites like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, offering FREE services. This, unlike a market where you pay for everything, and many services compete over price&quality, allowed them to get so big and virtual monopolies. No one can really compete with them, since no one has the deep pockets to fund a new social media site, complete with ad campaigns, shills in the media pushing it, operate it for a decade without any profit, losing billions of dollars, only to drop the hammer later when they have a monopoly.

I disagree. It's an old argument against border enforcement that many are pushing (among them Alex Jones, Andrew Anglin) "if we put up wall the walls will be used to keep us in" and now "we can't have a tough border police because it can be used against us" - this is all b.s., it needs to get much much tougher to really make an impact on illegal immigration. These illegals are violent people who don't care about immigration laws, or any other laws, expect lots of violence when you try to kick them out.

The usual "pipeline" in past generations was:
guy has a job
guy becomes prosperous
woman wants prosperity
woman marries the guy
Now this is being blocked at every turn. Jobs are hard to find, especially good ones. IF you make a lot of money they tax you to death. Women have good jobs and money, and have no urge to date working guys.

impossible challenge: let government do anything digitally without it knowing the identity of everybody involved.
All they would had to do was to issue some sort of age certificate with a digital signature.

idk about that, but online dating is being spammed by trans people. Swiping photos there requires you to detect the true gender first, and if you're not careful, you "like" a trans person there.

Absolutely they use fake profiles, there have eben been lawssuits against some of them because of it. There was a dating site/app advertised on Facebook for example (can't remember the name, could find it) that had fake profiles write you messages, and as soon as you paid for a membership to reply to them, they went nearly silent, and certainly were not real.
One time I used a dating site for a while (it's since shut down, but it was semi-legit, had reputation, wasn't asking for too much money upfront), and by accident stumbled on a glitch that allowed you to see who was actually online. The ratio was terrible, it was one woman for nearly 100 guys, and that woman was clearly some sort of model looking for donations.
I also believe (as a conspiracy guy...) many stories about so called "Tinder dates" that women allegedly have in the real world (i.e. not texts online, important difference), that appear in tabloids like Daily Mail, are fake, they are made up and planted there as hidden advertisement to make us believe Tinder and OLD in general work fine, and the future of our race is in good hands, by relying on OLD to match couples, which will then procreate...

the blackpill is the real one, redpill is b.s.. What boomers don't understand, because they're not actively dating, is that dating is practically dead. Online dating is 99% a scam, nearly every female picture you see there is a scam of one sort or another, and you won't get any real dates there in years of trying. Offline dating has been massively hit by the digital lifestyle, even when a woman actually wants to meet with you, it will take you _months_ of texting with her before she ever agrees to meet. Hollywood movies are completely outdated in this regard, they're stuck in the 1990s, have no idea how technology has changed our life, or prefer not to show it.
