@nprofile…3wwf I used to get this real bad and it took a while to figure out how to get rid of it. A lifestyle change that helped me a lot was not eating anything heavy past 7pm, especially not carbs. I found that having at least two hours between finishing dinner and laying down works for me. On the rare occasions I get reflux now it's because I did something stupid like eating pizza at 10pm then going to bed straight after.
