Made some more sick gains with the bros today, am now reverse grip curling (ie. forearms only taking the biceps out of it) just over a plate per side

Been rather busy these last few days so havent had as much time to poast.
Been continuing to make sick gains and my shoulder tweak is all healed as of a couple of days ago. Also things with my almost-gf are going really well, gonna ask her to make it official soon, maybe this weekend if I get the chance. All in all quite happy with things innit.
