That really depends on what you're trying to build. I think anything with a web front end is fair game for Ruby on Rails. Nostr clients, eCommerce stores, block explorers.

Disagree. Keto doesn't work for some people. Nothing to do with their financial status.
There's many different ways to lose weight. A big issue is that people want instant results, rather than accepting "this might take a year". (as it did with me)

Its been a couple of years since I did a Hackintosh, pre-M1. All I remember was the random restarts eventhough I had bought all the components off one of the canonical "approved hardware" lists.
I suppose you can always convert a failed Hackintosh into a Linux/Windows PC. :-)
