Best work out i did this week so far was running on the rocks & swimming to arrive to one of the most beautiful river spot here in the jungle.

I hate running, and that’s exactly my why.
It’s the hardest thing for me. I’d honestly rather have 10 waves crashing on me back to back.
Running would be the last exercise I’d ever choose.
But doing hard things is what makes us stronger & after giving birth to our little angel, I’m deeply motivated to reconnect with my body.
So I started running, even if I suck, even if it’s uncomfortable, even if I’d rather do anything else.
