I'll be honest. I'm too much of a slowbro to understand wine. I know that sweetness and alcohol content are considerations. At least in part because hot water is used to cut the wine. Kagor is almost syrupy it's so sweet, so adding a dash of boiling water and letting it sit for a few opens it up nicely.

This is really just to scratch my own itch so I don't intend for it to get much usage at all. As a non-dev, users scare me. But I have had some ideas for what a client could look like and decided to make a PoC to illustrate them.
It does contain unpopular, controversial opinions, such as keeping nsecs out of the app and instead delegating to signing to Amber. Please don't 🔥 me. It's also intentionally minimal. It's to be just the barebones. Fleshing it out is on the roadmap, but this is a solid skeleton.
If you hate the name and logo that's fine. I'm not a fan either and it may change. Open to suggestions lol
Devs, feel free to scavenge this thing for anything you like.
Non-devs, feel empowered to just vibecode your way towards a client that satisfies your actual needs.
Of course I'm choosing to go public with this the day before going on vacation so if you have feedback please be patient

Forgive me. I didn't mean anti-material dualism as a technical term. When I think of gnosticism I am thinking of a spirit vs matter dualistic system that sides with spirit being superior. So my question was simply is it fair to flatten gnosticism to such a degree and, from your response, I'd say you agree.
I think I would ever so gently push back against your assertion about reality being oppressive. Yes, they believe that, but it's that an aspect of reality is oppressive and not reality in its entirety. They accept the reality of their soul, but reject their bodies as oppressive (such as in the case of trans). I think, as Christians, we ought to hold that ground

Do you mind elaborating? Historically, gnostic systems were quite complex. Is it fair to refer to anti-material dualism as gnosticism? I've used it as shorthand in that way with the trans movement but there's always that one guy who says, "um, actually, pleroma. aeons. &c."
Hadn't thought about it before but the Information Age's obsession with data and facts, even to the detriment of being able to see truth, certainly rhymes with the Gnostic emphasis on esoteric knowledge being salvific.
Hadn't thought fiat in this way before but it absolutely makes sense.

They have illumined the entire world with the rays of divine doctrines;
they are sweetly-flowing rivers of wisdom,
who with divine knowledge have watered all of creation with clear streams;
for they always intercede with the Trinity for us.

> Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters. Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?” Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator. So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood.”
