Every morning for the last month I drink a cup of turmeric and ginger tea that I bought at Costco in Seville, Spain. I don't feel much from it but it does taste really good with lemon and honey. We get excellent honey here in Portugal.
I tried a half cup of the mix last night and didn't really feel anything, but that was after a couple beers. I'll try the half cup morning and evening for a few days and see how it goes.

Agreed. I recently listened to an older pre-covid show. Adam was very different. JCD not so much, lol. The cutting edge has dulled.
Ten years ago I listened to every show, every word. Today no more than a couple hours a month, and then I wonder why. They seem to rehash a lot of old news nowadays.

You may need to find another country. We chose Portugal. It was like moving into the past. I'm not Catholic but most people in this country are. This is one of the friendliest, comfortable, affordable places I've ever lived. Each time we go back to the US for a visit I can't help but feel uncomfortable and anxious. It's always a glorious day when we return home.

May I suggest coconut or olive oil? I’ve also lost substantial weight in the last 18 months. From 180 to 125, without trying to lose. I’m 6’1” and need to gain a bit. I changed my diet drastically in an attempt to live a few more years. I eat simple and avoid anything processed, including sugar, salt and flour. My diet is mainly potatoes, fresh vegetables and fruit with occasional fish. I’ve made great progress since my heart attack three years ago. We walk 5-10 miles most days.
