You know, I was at my friend's for a visit and stayed the night and in the morning I noticed series of paintings on the wall up the stairs. I did not notice them before, but with the ones on the top, I was pretty sure, I knew who they were by. One of our rescue dog friends. So I asked who are the others by. Those were much 'flatter' and lacking something. The ones in downstairs hallway were obviously dogs, but painted by somebody who 'keeps missing something' and she said they are all by same person over few years! That is what she did. She practiced on our dogs when she started. She would paint our dogs from photo. She started just before retirement and now, 10 or so years later she makes the most realistic paintings of all animals and very cute and funny cartoons about her life on their farm with all said animals (mice and spiders included). It is amazing.
What I am saying is, that even ppl with talent need to practice and it might take a while, so you are developing greatly and should not be too critical of yourself. Just do it again until it feels like you are seeing what you are happy with. I do not know if anybody is ever completely satisfied with the result. As for me, I always imagine it to be something 'more'. I think you are pretty daring to go to aquarel. I am too chicken to work with it.

Can you recommend a book or another source of information on the history of lesbians? There were way too many such books about men, but it is as if lesbians never existed ... When looking on amazon it is fiull of queer this and queer that, I do not give a damn about the modern, woke bull, so not sure where to look. I am not sure if I mentioned it, but my friend only recently survived busted appendix. 3 different doctors send her home in a week. When we got to her to pick her dog as she was so bad that she could not do anything, only then she just went to hospital and tadaa, she was full on 'How are you still alive?' case when they looked at the scan. Horror show and she had to insist and whine (which she hates doing) because she is a lady of certain age who is single as she was getting nowhere being dignified. Victorian era is back with many of those doctors I tell you.

It is faster way to increase population then by suppoeting the existing population to be stable and happy enough to have families. Numerically it makes sense in short term as more ppl seem like more taxes coming in. In practice however, such movement of nations should onlybe attempted with culturally closely related groups of ppl. The joining of East and West Germans was great example that even joining two ppl of same look, language, religions and traditions does not work that great. East is much more nationalistic and has own identity while West Germans have been guilted into believing they owe everyone endlessly for Nazis even though anybody who has hand in that is dead. British kids are similarly being guilted for the empire. I do not know even one British who is even related to ppl that had anything to do with that. Stop flagellating yourselves Brits. I have no idea as for the parties we get the party get up which is a keg with its own pipe and tap for pipping the beer, it works fine and has done so for decades :-D. Some Czechs just like beer more or are bigger families or live at same place as work etc. It is not uncommon for anybody non adult to be allowed small beer with lunch, on the weekends. Our beer is mostly bitter pills though so kids do not like it much and would only want the foam, because it is the foam. I have no idea why, but I and my brother were like that too :-D

I still find it disturbing though that we pair Nazis with the greatest evil, while communists killed many times more people than Nazis managed and they are still at it. BBC was digging so hard to find all those far right riot causing thugs and out of 100 riots promised by pods only found two tiny groups of anti-immigration protestors. Which did nothing shocking. Police took 2 samples, just in case and with British efficiency will take couple of years with informing in triumph that the two samples were released on the next day as not infectious and needed back at work, so they can pay for the circus. Only seriously brainwashed saw anything other than police and major media being the actual AGITATORS.

Because we have no worries and therefore nothing to work towards. If we worried there will be no food in our children´s stomachs ever again or that our house will be bombed or re-possessed, we would not sit around thinking about our pronouns. People were stripped of all their responsibilities as we tried to protect them against any even mildly unpleasant things. Having nothing to do, people are doing too much naval gazing resulting in questioning their belly button shapes.

Well yeah, that is what they do not realise. That
1. they are not special and
2. nobody wants to deal with them because they surround themselves with same selfish lot who only pander to them in order to be pandered to in return.
And so once all they did become sick of having to pander back they realise that nobody is around and cares and that makes them become a victim, which starts the whole process again with other group of people. It was the eco nutters 5 years ago, now it is the alphabet army. Not sure what we are getting next. But it is unlikely it will be anything good. They seem to get more and more self indulgent and spoiled.
