I don’t particularly like any type of helicopter flying over my had at any time lol. I had an amazing 5 g trip in the middle of the woods on a camping trip. Came back to the campsite after tripping all day, the bag with almost all of our food in it was gone. We thought someone hiked by and stole it. We split like one can of crappy vegetarian sausages my friend brought for dinner, and spent half the night awake with rustling in the bushes. Next morning, we found the food bag dragged down the hill and torn open by a bear.

Thank you! I rotate through different species depending on the time of year. Some like it cold (chestnuts, pioppinos, enokis) some like it very warm (pink and golden oysters). I grow the gourmet species for markets and restaurants, medicinals like lions mane, turkey tail, and reishi, and of course the ones for recreational and spiritual journeys.

I’m certainly not an optimist, but I also think a prerequisite for this scenario is that Bitcoin is worth a shit ton. Then, all of the extremely rich bitcoiners will have had to fail at influencing the government with money, which is how our government works. Additionally, large scale crackdowns on unrealized capital gains would probably lead to bitcoin crashing severely, resulting in a whole lot less tax money for the government.

Yeah, that’s why I say it can always get extremely dystopian. But it still gives people way more power than gold ever did. It gives the people who see it coming the power to exit preemptively, and it’s not as if it can just be stolen from someone’s safe like gold can. People can always be thrown in cages, but it is still a massive leg up that never existed before.

Things can always get very dystopian, but I don’t see how they could possibly enforce that. What about people who lost their seed phrases or lost their bitcoin through scams? Currently, gifting bitcoin is not a taxable event. What about people who gave all of their bitcoin away? How could they ever know who even has it anymore? And when they try, how can they get people to comply? Acknowledging the fact that full dystopia scenarios are always possible. But they still have to figure out a way to force it out of people.

Any idea how palm oil compares to seed oils? It’s obviously horrible for the environment and very industrial like seed oils are. I know it does have widespread traditional use in Africa going back millennia, but the traditional palm oil does not resemble the industrial scale stuff that is in most things. I’ve just been wondering lately, since anything that doesn’t have seed oils in it has palm oil instead.

4) The process for gaining residency and then citizenship is much simpler and more straightforward in Costa Rica than it is in El Salvador. Babies born in Costa Rica have citizenship, and parents can then gain residency through the baby. Residency can also be acquired by purchasing real estate worth $150,000 per person or married couple. Residency can lead to citizenship after 7 consecutive years of living in Costa Rica for a minimum of 183 days per year.

I’ve been wondering lately about jojoba oil in skin products. Do you use cold pressed? I read that it can be either cold pressed or extracted like other seed oils are.
