The default for Bitcoin should always be to not do anything. There's no "mandatory", gtfo with that shit. Your failed soft-fork (soon to be hard-fork) has no concensus, even among people who dislike JPEGs junk onchain like myself... no one has bothered to code URSF because it's going to fail... you have less than 2% hashrate (and most of it is probably rented).
