Ill have to try that. The biscuits were soooo good. I want to make pasta real bad. We dont really eat bread, but i do make pasta a few times a week using store bought sourdough pasta. If i can figure out how to shape/cut my own pasta without buying some expensive machine it would be pretty sick.
I figured if i can make a loaf a week it shouldnt hurt us much.

Well they've been importing a pliable class of people for the last 6 years, give or take. They're not stopping. They'll find a way to replace you with foreign nationals that somehow arrive with good enough credit scores to get 4.3% on a half milly home loan.
All the while, you and the rest of the American born cant get a 60k loan at 8% for an update on a double wide.

I'll take your word for it. But economically it doesn't make sense for us. We arent well off, I'm not trying to play the poor victim and get sympathy here, I'm just saying we don't have the kind of money to be spending literally double the already expensive high quality grass finished beef.
$6.5-8/lb is already double the grain fed KAFO low quality big box store crap. how can I justify 11-13/lb?

For all of you beef producers doing grass finished beef: what is your average price per lb on something like whole, half, and quarter cows?
I get paying more for higher quality but the stuff I'm seeing is 2-2.5x the cost of store bought american raised grass finished ground.

I scoured every source of bug info I could find and couldn't ever find anything.
No quick camera phones, no googling "what looks like a alien bug mole hybrid but also kind of like a crawdad?"
Took me a year or two to find out they existed and were known and hadnt had some weird crazy dream.

At $10/gal its not my regular milk, but this raw milk sure is a tasty backup.
The flavor is obviously fantastic being raw and all, but they grain feed quite a bit.
I prefer a local(ish - 1.5hr drive out) milk brand that while pasturizes, at low temp, is also grass only, and they cost 2 dollars less.

Let me get this straight.
