My kids turned 16 so now need a photo health card for OHIP. The instructions online for the documents you need to bring are all geared to adults - and even those suck!
How do they prove their identity and address? They don’t have a drivers licence. They don’t get any mail. There are no other examples given for acceptable docs so I just guess… maybe? Yay.

the trans march was so angry about the Palestinian walk back. They handed out tshirts for the protest today. Maybe Pride should have sent someone to the March so they would know this was going on. Or they did and just decided to sit back and let others take the heat. They are cowards.

Here's one of the photos I did for "still life photos that look like paintings" for my workshop class. I put it into photoshop and did "find edges" then blended that layer as "divide" - that's what makes it look like brush strokes. Lots of other fiddling and voila!

The thing with the Leopards Eating Faces Party is that when released, the leopards will eat ALL faces - whether you voted for them or not. No one deserves their face being eaten and now you need some kind of Leopard Patrol to fix it.

Just FYI to Americans reading this: if I switch I am NOT coming back.
I switched from Heinz ketchup to French’s when they closed the tomato plant in Ontario and we never bought it again even though they reopened in Quebec. It’s easier to switch ketchups than a backup service.
Tell your reps you are losing business!

The backup service I use for my computer is in California. Are there any good non-American backup services available? I’m open to Canada (of course!), Europe, or any other trusted country.

Taco bowl fridge check: need a new salsa (fuck Old El Paso); jalapeños are product of Mexico but the company is from Texas; I’ll have to try to get Mexican spinach.
I wonder if anyone else is replacing USian products gradually like I am and the effects will increase over time. Or if people will give up and buy American shit again.

I tried Libre but it is horrible. I will pay but not through the nose. Has to handle tables, images, and links well.
