Compared it with Brigefy and Briar. Brigefy is ok, but asks for internet for the first time, to create an account. Briar sees the internet and tries to use it instead of bluetooth. It's wrong behavior because during internet shutdowns (I'm from Russia) this "internet" has very limited speed, and nothing works.

I set up an #albyhub node, but to open my first lightning channel I asked to send... Lightning! How can I do it if I obviously have no lightning yet?!
Also I see only one way to buy BTC in the AlbyHub, which is not working in my case.

A way towards to a #decentralized, community-driven #VPN service inspired by #nostr. Currently functional on Linux, Mac, Android, and likely Windows with #xray servers and clients.
With #VLESSmixer the first server knows the user's IP address but not the destination websites, while the second server knows the destination websites but not the user's IP address.

Suppose one has two #vpn (vless-reality proxy servers) but doesn't trust them. Vless-mixer does this:
`Browser -> Server1 -> Server2 -> Web`
The first server sees the user's IP address but does not know which websites the user is visiting. The second server sees the websites but only sees the first server's IP address as the client.
How to Use (Linux)
1. Install `dhall-to-json`: This should be available in your repository.
2. Download the `vless-mixer` project: Choose the latest commit and download the `.tar.gz` file.
3. Create Configuration Files:
Create `server1.dhall` and `server2.dhall` files similar to `server-example.dhall` from the VLESS links for different servers.
4. Generate JSON Configuration:
```dhall-to-json --explain --file config.dhall > config.json```
5. Start Xray:
```xray -c config.json```
Connect to the SOCKS proxy at `127.0.0.1:1080`

If chrooting (nixos-enter) works, you can try sudo nixos-generate-config and sudo nixos-rebuild switch,
But for me chrooting from Live CD is not an option, and I just reinstalled nixos.

#nixos pissed me off today. I changed hardware and nixos can't boot. 1. Ok, let's boot from live cd, chroot and nixos-rebuild. No way - they moved some critical filles to new place in new releases and chroot not working. 2. Live CD has no pppoe - and no internet in my situation. Can't reinstall. I'm thinking on #fedora or give nixos the last chance?

Telegram is bad because it asks for phone number to register, and have a number of issues with privacy and anonymity. For example, one can't change his/her id and actually can't delete messages (some time ago when one unloads the archive of messages from Telegram, this archive contains deleted messages also).
Better use Signal, Element, Simplex, and I'm trying #nostr now.

I live in Russia and today we had another internet shutdown. A lot of services were unreachable. Google was ok, but duckduckgo, yahoo, samsung and most of abroad sites were down. I have three servers with #xray #proxy to circumvent #censorship , but all of them were unreachable, even for ssh.
What I'm afraid of is #whitelist , list of addresses which are allowed, and others are blocked.

Ok, let it be my private diary.
Situation that took hours to solve. If you want to use xray proxy (the best tool to circumvent internet #censorship) together with nginx (on different port), you can't use in xray:vless:serverName you domain name used by nginx. Why? I have no idea. With any other domain xray works fine.
