For universities, this means more than their immediate enrolled students, and with a population of about 1.1 million people in the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area, the University of Buffalo would qualify for the ADA requirement.
Now, the way they are doing the compliance rollout may not be the best. For example, it's possible to grandfather content that wasn't previously required to be accessible behind a password. Their timeline also seems pretty tight, if in the Spring of 2025 you weren't required to submit accessible material for your class, with a deadline set in April 2026.
But the ADA population requirement isn't in question in this case.

When you're preparing to move registrar, lowering TTL in advance may make this move snappier as DNS servers will invalidate their cache sooner and request new data from the new registrar.
However, this is only relevant if the directives themselves are changing. If you're just moving your zone file from a registrar to another, it isn't as important as the DNS data will remain the same no matter who serves it. If you were moving hosting rather than registrar, it would be more important for example.

I'm not sure anyone at Apple ever actually used Apple Music. My use case is the following:
- I start a radio, mixing songs I added to my library with related songs
- A song I don't have in my library plays, and I happen to like it enough to want to add the song to my library.
- Too bad, the song ended and the radio moved to the next song. The previous button is greyed out, there's no playlist page for this radio, and there's no Listening History available.
I'm absolutely confused by this behavior. Is it a licensing thing where songs can be played as part of a radio for cheaper than if they are presented in an actual playlist, even if it's automatically generated?

After 67 hours of play time and several more watching playthrough and tutorial videos of [i]Oxygen Not Included[/i] (2019), I threw the towel again just before getting into space. Getting a near-sustainable base going was nerve-wracking enough, and I've sadly hit my cognitive limit regarding the planning involved in rocketry.
Despite this second abrupt ending, I'm still somewhat proud I finally managed to get to this stage of the game, but it did cost me pretty dearly IRL in terms of obsession-fueled late nights, and it confirmed to me that I'm definitely an implementor and not a designer.

My partner regularly receives similar Request For Proposals (RFP), so she created template responses that she validated with Legal in order to speed up the processing of RFP forms. Now her boss is suggesting her to use a custom ChatGPT integration fed with these template responses in order to ask the chatbot to regurgitate them later, in a form that needs to be vetted by Legal again, before filling in the same RFP forms. In order to "improve efficiency". 🤯
Now, I do get why unscrupulous bosses want to use AI to commodify intellectual work. I despise it, but I get it, it makes sense to me, even if every fiber of my being is against it. On the other hand, I don't understand this particular use other than ChatGPT being a hammer and everything is made into nails. This leads me to believe that the core market of OpenAI is simply stupid people wooed by a chatbot that sounds smarter than they are. It's brilliant, the scaling potential is infinite!

Born out of a leaky fire hydrant and an unfinished sidewalk, this tiny pond is now the home of several goldfish.

However it seems to be handling empty subject fields at the se ding end, replacing it by the “[no subject]” string rather than at the receiving end.
