The fear is that the people in the new DOGE are not competent to be changing software systems related to aviation. Actually, it’s worse as the DOGE techbros are overconfident in their abilities.
People will have little confidence in any IT system that’s in any way involved in aviation safety or information tracking that’s been changed by these non-experts.

I recall hitting 10 followers on Twitter back in 2008, then 100 a bit later. That was a milestone.
I never had a large following on Twitter. I think I had about 3,500 when I deleted my account in 2023. But the numbers weren’t the point. I used Twitter as a public diary, and I use Mastodon in exactly the same way. All my posts are archived in Day One journal app.

It’s up to those of us who are not anti-trans to push back against the vocal minority attacking trans people, and trans women in particular, so that organisations like the ECB don’t have to worry about being attacked by you know who.

Post 1 of 2: I see the England #Cricket Board has boarded the trans exclusionary juggernaut. 😕
I don’t blame them to be honest. Easier to avoid the ire of certain high profile people and their minions than it is to champion the rights of a very small group. It’s not the role of the ECB to change how society sees Trans women.
In another universe there might be a leadership team in the ECB that would go into bat for trans women. We don’t live in that universe.
