I think truly what we need for blossom is a plugin for nextcloud.
I host all my music and videos there, I should be able to easily "publish" some folder to blossom/nostr which doesn't require actually duplicate hosting of the data but just exposes it on my start9 via tor and a blossom server. Jellyfin already plugins into the nextcloud as it's backend, so it's definitely possible, all you would really need to do is make a public folder on next cloud and add stuff there, and the blossom server could have additional features like whitelists or payments or even publishing manifests.

1, all of the content on relays would just be meta data pointing to hashes of the actual data, that would be very important in data resilience as even if some distributors go away, some could remain dark, then a bounty market could emerge (1000 sats for this album)
2, the blossom servers could just host their own personal collection, not all of it, so less popular content wouldnt necessarily be preserved
3, tor would allow operators for evade a significant amount of attempts to "audit relays"

Derek he's probably disallowing amber from network access. It's fairly common bc no one has time to audit the code to confirm it's not phoning home with your network access so just by dis-allowing it network access you can use it in like 75% of apps and you have basically perfect security on your nsec besides having your device compromised.
I don't think it's that uncommon considering the user base for amber is people looking for security AND figured out how to use obtanium before it was on zapstore. I'd bet 50% of the userbase or more do this.

No these are easy ones to fix by having rotation on api keys and such. Like all you have to do is make the secrets rotatable instead of having humans generate them and plug them in somewhere else because likely they save it on their laptop. The social engineering comes in when you then just have to simply convince a person to let you on their laptop, which its fairly easy to blackmail a lot of people.
I guess it's not technically correct to call these social engineering flaws, but I am not a security person
