I was just up in my hometown of Chester, CA (where I now visit for camping and carefully avoid most people from high school), where I worked at our A&W for a summer, which was the second highest grossing A&W in the country due to our summer vacation tourist status and lack of any fast food in town (this A&W was not fast). I once washed a coworker clean trays with a toilet brush.
No longer and A&W and it’s owned by a Chinese lady who cooks a mean omelette.
