i actually shared two gyms with Kai Greene - Bev Francis Powerhouse in Long Island and Coliseum in Queens - and i trained in both of them plus a few others at the same time ( Bev Francis because it is Best, Coliseum because it is 24/7 )
but it didn't happen as you imagine. what happened is i peaked around age ~23 and quit drugs. then a few years later i dislocated my shoulder in a crash and stopped training for several years. when my shoulder was ready to train again i was so out of shape i was too ashamed to go back to my old ( local ) gym where some guys still remembered me as a psycho juicehead who had to lift all the weights, so i decided that instead of going to a mediocre but local gym i will go to a gym far away where nobody knows me but one that is BETTER.
and so i went online and researched what the BEST gyms were and basically joined them all. some of them like Bev Francis Powerhouse took me several hours to get to in NYC traffic but it was worth it because i didn't want to have people coming up to me saying "wow bro what happened you used to be huge" ... this only happened like once in my old gym and that was enough for me to not want it to happen ever again LOL.
so when i trained with the pros actually i was not in shape anymore but i had more knowledge at that point than when i was at my peak so i was actually well positioned to learn from the pros, because when i was young and on juice i didn't really think much - i just focused on putting in maximum effort - but when i was back from shoulder dislocation i had to take things easy because of my shoulder, age, time away from training etc. - and that's when i started to actually THINK about how to be SMART about it and observe the pros etc.
that is the tragedy that i actually learned what i was doing AFTER my "career" so to speak was over already.
but this actually happens often. people try their best in sport - fail - and then become coaches, agents etc.

every language should be learned with a specific purpose in mind
for example i studied German to understand the lyrics in industrial music
i studied French to understand the dialogue in romantic movies
your studies should be targeting that specific context
you can't be fluent in 20 different languages but you can know enough of 20 different languages to make use of that knowledge IF that knowledge is precisely matched to the context
for example i do not plan to use Spanish to discuss philosophy - only to speak to low IQ subhumans such as landscapers
on other hand i will most certainly NOT use German to discuss landscaping

dark 100% chocolate is a bit extreme unless you're on a ketogenic diet or something
normal people should be able to cut out carbs elsewhere in the diet to make room for a bit of sugar in their chocolate
for example i do no eat things pike potatoes, pasta, rice etc. and i also use stevia instead of sugar in my coffee because i try to keep my carb intake down but i still have my chocolate with sugar in it because that's kind of what chocolate is meant to be
one other warning about chocolate though - not only is it addictive - but if you let the sugar sit on your teeth it is not good for your teeth. so i always have some kind of hot drink with my chocolate to wash the chocolate off my teeth.
my teeth are also sensitive to sugar so sometimes they hurt after eating chocolate so i just brush them without toothpaste that way i don't ruin the taste in my mouth ( which toothpaste would do ) but it still stops the teeth from hurting because it removes the sugar.
you should of course use the lowest sugar content chocolate that you find palatable. for me it's about 70%
i had previously forced myself to use 85% and even 100% but ultimately went back to 70%. also there are chocolates that use sugar substitutes but those tend to be expensive - still if you can afford them it may be worth it to save your teeth. i eat so much chocolate though that i just use whatever i can find in bulk and i never found those sugar free ones at anywhere near decent prices.
