And plenty of people do self-hosted (Selenium Grid). I'm still trying to gauge demand for making a decentralized version, but at the point where I need to "JFDI" a minimal MVP and see what happens. I've talked with some big tech companies that already built out their own version of "in the wild" beta testing by having some number of users volunteer to beta test for free. Million sat question is whether smaller companies not at that big scale would be interested in a paid and more heavily automated version of the idea.
