A 3x3 would be nice but I’m on a budget. I was looking at the REP PR-1100, it’s only 2x2 but the reviews say if you add the weight storage attachment and load it up it’s pretty stable

Well, I failed on day 48 of my no booze for 90 days goal. When my wife and I got married it was pretty low key, got married at the courthouse and had dinner at this little restaurant on the edge of the town we live in. Found out the place was closing down the other night so we went one last time. Decided having a drink with my wife, my ultimate ride or die, in that moment was worth the failure. Still finishing out the 90 days but the streak is over

A couple years ago my truck was stolen out of my driveway in the middle of the night. My neighbor was convinced it was somebody I knew. He asked me “who do you know that fancies themself a pimp?”. I was a dumbass and did that for the longest time, somehow thinking a big tax refund was the way to go. One year my wife and I were owed almost $5k but the IRS needed to “review it”. Took over two years to get the money. They gave us like $300 interest for the delay….which we got taxed on

Had a guy come in to my shop that needed a replacement axle for an old British sports car called the Warwick GT. Apparently they only made like 50 of them and he can’t find a replacement so making one was the only option. Cool part to make, usually I don’t even know what it is I’m even making, I just get a blueprint or a CAD model. Not finished yet but this was the meat of the work, removed 40lbs of chromoly steel grade 4340. #cnc #machining #diy
