I mistook mine for black walnut trees when in fact they are American Walnuts. I also tried that press your thumb in thing. I think it's for a different thing. I pick up when they fall, smash them with my sledge to get the green husk off. Then rinse twice and leave to dry. Haven't tried any yet as it says wait 5 weeks.

So, update on ME. My card was flagged for fraud last week so, I was "fundless". Called Monday and they sent new card to last address and had to reissue one which I received today after I got home from the doctor appointment.
While at doctor appointment, the brake fluid decided to let loose. Made it home safely. Reason #955 I don't leave my house.
Doctor went over my labs with me. I really am going to live!
I don't have diabetes or cancer (if I do it's stage 1). I don't have Cirrhosis (like my last doc posted notes on). My lungs sound good, blood pressure and heart rate are outstanding!
Low on Thiamine, got some Centrum Silver's last week. Working like a charm. (he offered me a shot of it) I declined, I can always go back.
Jon mowed my lawn and life is good. No brakes but, I'm not going anywhere.
