I lost 1.5kg also 😅 but I'm putting 1kg of that down to not being in creatine over the weekend, so I've just had a water whoooshhhhh whilst there, which was also a learning point!!! Will take it with me next time. I didn't enjoying peeing 15 times a night haha.

I have looked through so many pics and video and I can't find any of 7of9s back. I'm tempted to just not try and do anything on my back because I'm a bit burned out on the outfit now haha, but what do you think, can I get away with just looking like her from the front? hi! I fixed mine with gorilla tape wrapped around it lots. I haven't tested it yet though! Reading through the replies I'm not seeing that as a fox though and I'm wondering why. Any ideas based on your thoughts and interactions below? Genuinely curious why this won't work!

To follow up on the situation where non consensual NHS AI got my medical notes wrong: it is possible to have AI removed from your NHS note taking that's on by default. You have to request it in writing from your GP. I have now managed after a request in Feb, and have it confirmed in writing. Recommend you do to!!!

Just planted my first melon seeds!! Excited. So far that's: cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, coriander, basil, corn, mint, apples, peas, strawberries, oregano, peppers... and then all the lovely flowers. 😍

Just turned a client down who treated me and my candidate like shit during a first engagement. 20 years of doing this and saying 'no' to people who recruit disrespectfully still feels fantastic. My dudes: I do this because I love getting great folks great jobs. That's why I'm well regarded in the industry. I work equally for my candidates *and* client who pays me, and every smart company hiring knows that's why the best in the business are in my rollerdeck. It's not rocket science. Be kind!

Just discovered part of my HRT has been discontinued due to an AI note taking error. Gynae did not say discontinue, and I have letters to prove it. Now I may have to be without testosterone until this is proven, which may mean another 6 month wait to resee a gynaecologist via NHS. Hopefully my letters will suffice, but currently unclear.
I am beyond furious. Also, wow. Fuck living in this dystopia.
Keep every medical record you get, you're going to need it in this new terrifying timeline.

Really struggling to be on Mastodon because everyone I follow is (very lovely and brilliant) very right on, very left wing, and very morally outraged. Obviously with very good cause, but I really miss the silliness of old school twitter when it wasn't just an echo chamber of doom every time I logged on. 5.5 years ago, I did something no one in my bloodline had ever done: I applied to university.
Today, a few decades after missing my chance in my teens being homeless with zero finances... I submitted my final project.
I won't lie, there was some immediate cathartic, ugly crying. But I did it, Mastofriends, I bloody did it.
Now the ridiculous 2+ month wait for results.
My degree started before covid, whilst running two businesses, with two kids (solo). Bit proud, won't lie.

Wow this flu has really done a number on me. Started Weds, got slightly better Friday, got ten times worse Saturday (christ was that yesterday) and now still trying to pull me under Sunday. It's in turn gone for: throat, chest, lungs, then sinus, eyes, ears, and back to throat again. I feel like I'm being attacked in every possible place, with skin zaps/tingles and temperature thrown in, plus all over body pain and aches. Pain like being stabbed pain, everywhere. It's quite something.

In three months' time my daughter will be the age I was when I left home(s) with no choice, to a whole new country, by myself. I had been drinking alcohol & smoking heavily (encouraged by my mother) for 2 years by now. It really brings it home to me having kids, just how fucked up my childhood was. No 16 year old is ready for that, and seeing their needs up close really brings that into clear focus.
