You're right no one deserves to be bullied when they're providing a free service. I think you all would have more luck with money if your customers understood what your work process looked like. We're so spoiled with free apps I don't think people realize how much work it takes to build these things. I've just started learning since joining nostr. In general it would be nice if there was a tool to help the clueless understand something about programming so they can understand the value of the work more and appreciate it
