But Arthur doesn’t have any resounding success stories. The Saxons still invaded. He turned up on the sly during 1066 and the Norman’s still invaded. The Armada was down to the weather more than his tactics (and he vowed never do go on a boat again). Misunderstandings is one I’m especially wary of because either they come across as unbelievable or the character comes across as incredibly dense.
