bro the dips are the squats of the arms. Mentzer suggested doing 4-6 till max so if u can do more do them slower and when u have control all the way through going up and down slowly, add weights on ur feet

yeah I've done this stuff before but it's monotonous that's the real vibe killer. But I've never seen a place with these kinds of incentives I bought the starter for the for today so I'll have it installed in 2 weeks and get that going sounds like I'll start my new job next week end so I won't have any lapse of pay plus I have last weeks pay from the freezer (about $750). I'm gonna stay here till they foreclose but I'm gonna work on saving up to buy an RV to live in with the dogs then it won't matter where I work I'll have a place for them and me and just enjoy campsites when I'm not at work

dude the start offer was 19, I just received they're revised, I got offered 19.25¡ That means something for sure I'm gonna stay as long as I can tbh they have an amazing inhouse training set up they train you to be a process tech then a start up then a set up and maintenance trouble shooter since pim is so difficult to come by people. I'd wager if I can stay there for a year I'll be making 40 an hour in that time

it's plastic injection molding and I have experience with it so it's almost guaranteed. And here's the kicker, it's 12.15 hr shifts, company pays you for 15 minutes of lunch, only Fridays Saturday and Sunday, and it's 36 hrs a week but they pay you for 40 so u get 4 hrs for free. And even better, they offer over time any day in 2 hr increments and it's an extra $10 an hour for every volunteered hour so it's making 19 an hour and 29 on over time. With the free 4 hrs its actually 21.11 an hour so it's only technically .89¢ an hour less but at my current job I have to do 10 hrs 4 days 1 week, 8 hrs 5 days the next so I only have to work 3 days every week for the same relative pay
