I architect and develop web systems to move data for a very big non-commercial organisation. I'd love to make something that improves the world for everyone though. Maybe one day?

From yesterday, walking down the Tolka path. I always forget, but the Tolka has a waterfall on it! A lot of cumulative storm damage. Met some fellow walkers out, we discussed how the path could follow the Tolka to Ashtown (and defacto to Glasnevin) if everyone worked together.

The Irish State made the economy heavily reliant on a superpower that now wants to take a wrecking ball to that relationship. Meanwhile, there is a housing crisis. These two things are about to collide and it will be bad.

I did the Irish Times ‘match your candidate’ thing and what I’ve learned from that is that I’m going to vote for two candidates I disagree with, because they’re not current or prior government parties and they’re not fascists, and I hope that none of the rest get elected.
