i'm migrating nostrability backups to git over nostr, as github disappeared three dozen or so nostrability repos, and associated comments, issues, prs.
this is quite a few things as you've seen in the feed.

I’d imagine asking 300 relays instead of 30 for the same info is easier on relays in aggregate.
There is an argument to be made for longtail relays, and randomness as we saw in the outbox benchmark reports.

As for clients that have set up hundreds of connections, this approach is less geared towards connection efficiency and the outbox benchmark findings.

I don’t know that we can compare wireguard to nostrability.
My best guess is sherlock was pulling and scanning thousands of events from live relays, and this raised some ML flag.
No response yet from gh support.

Nostrability is still in github limbo. No response from support.
I am investigating nostr git solutions with @npub15qy…yejr's guidance this week.
Canonical schemas are available on npm https://www.npmjs.com/package/@nostrability/schemata.

Non-comprehensive list of missing things currently:
1. The interop tracking issues, and the website
2. Eleven other languages json data packages.
3. Eleven other language json schema validators.
4. Schemata-codegen, which eliminates regex and need for json validators
5. Sherlock, which pulls live events from relays, runs checks against schemas several times per day, and attempts to deduce which clients post broken stuff; sherlock

@npub1g5q…m80d repos were disappeared from github the past 24 hours. No email from github, no idea what happened. Schemata, trackers, sherlock and everything else.
I will try to restore when I return to my machine.
Maybe this is the signal for nostr git for those not there yet.

So say I am copying nwc string from primal ios to damus ios on the same phone, and swapping apps in the background (i.e: i dont have primal ios open all the time).
Is this always an unhappy path for nwc operations?
Is there a certain window (e.g. 3 seconds, 30 seconds, 3 minutes) where this works?

Grokipedia has a singular point of view, albeit they try to feign neutrality as judged by their bot grok.
Wikifreedia stands out in that we can have the Taliban view point, the Russian viewpoint, the Christian viewpoint, and the dc New York Times the atlantic viewpoint (i.e. the wikipedia viewpoint).
The reader benefits by having competing lenses inform.
This is why hacker news fails. There is a singular viewpoint. There can be no dissent. The stronger the dissent the swifter the ban.

Basically nip-66 is a yuge upgrade to a nip-50 search app like ants.
Here’s what I found (I posted about this in nostrability repo, and also created a rejected a NIP-50 update to include NIP-66 because of the massive win of 50 x 66 combination)
-three relay nip-66 monitors are pinged, not just nostr.watch
1. ants discovers (while logged out) eight (8x) the search surface
2. nip-66 filters out ~~50% unresponsive relays ( I discovered this while benchmarking relays for outbox https://github.com/nostrability/outbox)
3. There are slightly more results returned (+8%)
4. I asked my bot to make it so that nip-66 doesn’t add a delay to results
