Why? I’ve had 3.7 btc on a paper wallet just find cause it’s only use is gaining me money is from the wash trading and the whales and miners controlling the price so I can swap out for a coin with utility and fungibility. XMR superior in every way and growing.

Meh spend it. I’ll hodle 5 btc and 15 eth for at most one more cycle and the I see mass decline in price in fiat after. Maybe 2 cycles at best. The first two I strongly agree with and killing my mind dating the beach woman around here. Just want someone who want to build a family but once they know I own my home outright plus other properties and a sizable bank account about to grow exponentially over the next couple months that’s all they seem to see me as. Monero I hodle more and spend literally only fin value in spending and holding xmr. Would never advice a coin losing utility and users and coins gone forever continuously till it will be near zero or at zero. Not what I’d trust as many as I see putting them into generational wealth for their kin and so on. What do I know I’ve only been in Bitcoin since late 2009-early 2010.

Swapped half to to XMR and a 1/4 to btc in chain. Where most my preferred vendors accept. I use to tip with LN on here but with Garnet and BirdPay now I can use with monero my lighting usage is becoming less and less. Still left a quarter of it in sats cause they come in handy for like the maple syrup guy and vendors like him.

I have over 15000-20k btc lost forever. I know a fair amount who have lost 100k. A tail emission makes mathematical sense and many other BIPs do. Currently miners have been mining at losses that basic calculus has shown for years.being back up in the realm of breaking even currently. It’s a dead project. They will not get consensus in Core. It’s a useless coin. Inflation bugs, double spend bugs, I mean it has a terrible history but I always appreciate it for bringing about devs that knew how to fix the problems with BTC with numerous superior chains.

So once again it appears no one can actually say why monero isn’t better than Bitcoin in every aspect except for the price, which is dwindling currently. 21 million Bitcoin forever going to zero. My prediction is by 2063 there will be under 100k Bitcoin. Scarcity is great but when no schedule to replace the lost ones(which is a lot and ever growing) which in fact means there never be 21 million by the time the last block is mined.

Garnet is great but cake wallet can tip accounts with their address in bio since before Garnet. I still use primal till my new Pixel comes and I’ll likely use Garnet and hope for more improvements. However on IOS it’s always been Damus(originally) and Primal more recently. I appreciate all the long hard work you put in. 🫡

How is it the most decentralized? My metrics show solo mining with RandomX decentralized it a lot more. Please have a better answer than Lightning. I like the potential of covenants. But really secure privacy isn’t a sole in LN without using Bolt12 and still only projects one sides privacy, and not great.
