I was hoping the bundle straps that hold it together are tight enough (usually they dig into the wood I think, so that'd probably be tight enough) to hold onto those to make sure it doesn't slide up and down.
Like I'm not expecting this to work well, but it needs to just work well enough. But yeah transporting shit like this will be a challenge
Maybe I should just wait until next time someone with a car visits and just quickly pick up a bundle

Turns out formaldehyde containing UF-insulation foam is still legal and still being used in the Netherlands to fill double-skin walls. The limits (120μg/m³) were set in 1978 and are for a maximum of 30 minutes due to respiratory concerns. Many houses insulated with this UF-foam emit concentrations much higher than this limit, but as formaldehyde is a neurotoxin there is no safe dose (much like lead).
Funnily enough UF-foam has been banned in North America since the 80s, why are we still using this exactly?! You can even get government subsidies for installing this.

but what i dont like is how an 200€ router and 140€ powerline ap work this bad because the router ffs has only 2 LAN ports! But I guess we just got the wrong stuff.. Anyhow maybe its worth looking into getting something which does work

this is at my parents I don't want to diy anything because I won't be there to fix it
That's why I paid an arm and a leg to buy the stupidly expensive Fritz stuff while I had a janky to link 10€ router that worked better than this before
I don't think the power line is the issue even though the connection is dogshit because this is an old house and all the wiring is crap (half of the sockets are still not even earthed). But the new Fritz power line is much better than the old crappy KPN branded powerline we had (back when I installed it the first time like 6 months ago I got 40Mbps max on the original power line to my server downstairs but 180Mbps over the Fritz power line, over lan ofc)
But idk my parents live in the middle of the city so there's 81262926 WiFi networks around us ofc which makes this hard (and why I thought screaming louder than the neighbours might help by getting a second mesh AP)

Ever since we went from the stupid KPN ExperiaBox to a fancy fritzbox weve only had WiFi issues
Cable works fine but WiFi is constantly disconnecting or showing connected (no internet) or speeds of 0,6Mbps
We have a fritz power line with ap to try to fix the awful connection speed upstairs but sometimes it helps and I have a feeling now that it only makes everything worse so I'm just gonna try disconnecting it

I dont know why people struggle with tar, it can figure out what flags to use itself, just do "tar extract file"
tar xf filename.tar.gz
it uses the file extention to find the correct (de)compression format to use

you can make ice coffee with waste coffee from experimenting! Just add milk and sugar and throw all of the failed batches together and it'll taste fine :D
I usually have a glass bottle or two of ice coffee in the fridge after experimenting :3
