Finally, I had a painting of Jesus walking with the lost sheep, now found.
My tradition, the reformed faith, takes a strict position on the 2nd Commandment (graven images) ; we believe the spirit of this law forbids a believer from keeping images, especially art, of heavenly things, including even the earthly body of the Messiah, for His divine nature is inseparable.
Even this painting, which many would argue passes the letter of the law, does violence to the spirit of the law. When I disposed of it, my flesh resisted and I felt wounded. In this, I understood how man's fallen heart is eager to replace God with objects and become attached to them.
When I meditated on it, searched the Scriptures, and prayed... I became convicted that God wants His people to depend wholly on Him. So simple, yet difficult for us. The flesh clings to this world, and resists the Spirit.
Repent always.

As someone who grew up with a fascination of Japan, I ultimately traveled there many times, participated in many Japanese activities, and acquired many momentos.
Festival garments, wishing coins to donate to the Shinto temple, little charms for good luck, etc...
Japan is a secular nation that still practices many annual ceremonies of their Shinto/Zen past. To them, it is inert, but culturally rich. The spiritualism of it has faded with the younger generation. Now people go to enjoy the music, food, and sense of ancient times and culture of their people.
Before I was born again, I viewed this as harmless, and was fascinated with their far eastern way which was so exotic and strange compared with the west, especially Japan which has a wholly individual and unique culture.
Now, as someone being made progressively conformant to the Lord, I understand that these are objects and ceremonies of false religion, and even if I do not treat them as implements of worship, but as mementos, they still dishonor my Lord and must go.

I've been hunting for a healthy every day use chopstick, and I've finally found one.
The Keith Titanium, ultralight (15g b/c hollow), square handled chopsticks.
Most chopsticks are made of plastic, cheap chemically treated wood pulp, or nickel toxic stainless steel.
Titanium chopsticks are inert, even anti microbial, but are often too heavy or too big. These are light and dextrous. Good to go. I bought 20 and replaced all ours.

If you wanted the best of both worlds:
I. Owner profile: bare bones
II. Secondary A: KYC/true name usage.
III. Secondary B: NoKYC/sensitive usage.
Use SecA for daily driver. SecB temporarily, then end session to encrypt at rest. When going through airport or travelling, end session on both. Note: owner will be able to see all apps installed. No golden bullet.
Will be alot less convenient. Notifications and certain management is a PITA.

For me, I would rather have a cryptographic guarantee that secondary data is impossible to access, than "hide" owner apps but have their data be potentially compromised.
The data is more sensitive than the apps themselves. You can't easily remove the owner profile the way you can secondary profiles. You can't easily encrypt/decrypt the owner profile in day to day life either.

The guest profile cannot see what the owner profile has installed. Only the owner profile can view apps installed in other profiles through those special Settings menus. Non-owner profiles, including guest, are restricted — the Settings app in guest won't show apps that exist only in owner.
This setup actually works the way you're thinking: put your sensitive or "concealed" apps exclusively in the owner profile, then use the guest as your daily driver. The guest stays clean and isolated from seeing what's in owner.
Here's the tradeoff, and it's a big one.
The owner profile has to stay unlocked for the device to run at all — its data stays decrypted and in memory the whole time you're using the guest profile. You can't "end session" on the owner without rebooting.
Secondary profiles can be encrypted at rest when logged out the way a computer with LUKS is when powered off. That's a cryptographic guarantee that snoopers can GFY.
Cable hacking like Cellebrite might be able to get into Owner one day if the phone is on, since the session is decrypted.

Do you even own a Bible?
Jesus loves the church deeply. Ephesians 5:25 says, "Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." He sees the church as his bride, sacrifices for her, nourishes and cherishes her, and aims to present her holy and spotless.

Jesus himself says in Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them."

And 1 Corinthians 12 pictures the church as one body with many members: we need each other to function, serve, and minister together. That’s where fellowship, worship, and ministry happen.

The "religion" has always been for the true people of the God of Israel. When Jesus came, died, was resurrected, and ascended, the Kingdom expanded beyond the Jews to the Gentiles, such that the children of Abraham became all those who forsook the world and followed the Christ.

Zazen is not neutral. It's designed for Buddhist emptiness, no-self, and self-enlightenment, not Christian mind renewal by Scripture (Rom 12:2). Using it risks importing incompatible ideas.

Alan Watts was an enemy of Jesus Christ. He openly mocked the virgin birth, resurrection, and the need for salvation through Jesus. He teaches a false gospel that leads people away from Christ.
The "religion of Jesus" Watts pushes is just his own Eastern-flavored spirituality. He calls the biblical Jesus a "human freak" who was "unnaturally born and whose corpse was weirdly reanimated". He says the most reverent act is to destroy the church's image of him.
True Christianity has always been a religion about Jesus: His life, death, and resurrection as the only way to the Father.

Jesus didn't operate from His own judgment, He submitted Himself fully to the authority of the Father. He repeatedly said he could do nothing by himself and sought not his own will but the will of the one who sent Him. He judges as he hears, and his judgment is just because it's not His own.
This is our model. It is the opposite of Zen self actualization through meditation and enlightenment. Jesus shows that we should be entirely dependent on God, not ourselves.
Anything not from the Father is of the world. Zen is not neutral and it is not compatible with Christ.

Luke 17:21 is Jesus telling the Pharisees the kingdom of God is already among or within them. It's not a future visible spectacle but a present spiritual reality.
Zen folks often interpret this as "look inside for enlightenment," but the context is the kingdom arriving through Christ, not self-realization.
Be careful trusting your own judgment on matters of life or death.

Christians are to test the things of the world to see if they are of God.
"Explore" sounds more like indulging in the things of the world, which Christians should abstain from.
Zen Buddhism is not of God. The goal of a Christian is to fill the mind with the things of God, to commit God's word to his heart, and not to empty the mind or attempt to enhance the "experience of living".
Christians are temporary pilgrims. We are of another nation. We are do not belong to this world.

Evangelism is simply sharing the Good News. It is not making sure that the other person responds to it correctly. Zero pressure is needed. Any pressure is harmful. God saves, not us. We spread the Gospel.
