Anyone here who moved from Sertraline to other antidepressants? How was your experience?
I've been in that for a few months now, my mood improved and my anxiety is less powerful but I can still barely function normally or focus and my OCD and depression symptoms are partly back. Constant brain fog etc.

There's a song I was never so sure when or how to go about releasing. It's called Back to London - written 3 years ago. Very optimistic, calming.
I feel like now would be the strangest and just the right time to let it go, release it.
Everything's been so chaotic. Releasing a song called Back to London when I'm leaving London feels like embracing the chaos which I can't really resist

Hamas abused our children and are still currently doing so. They were repeatedly showing children videos they filmed of themselves committing the massacre while guns are pointed at their heads. Aged 4 to 16 including babies, one they claim to have murdered after kidnapping. Some of those children can barely speak and cannot smile. Some were separated from others in a dark room for many days. When will the world will see?

Still very lost again, back on my mental health roller coaster it seems. Words of encouragement from people older than me (I'm 23) would be helpful I think ❤️
My problem is, I both am too disabled to work for others and am yet to be successful enough in my creative works to be financially secured or free enough to be able to produce my projects and travel and to move to the US which I really want to do.

Used to hate every bit of fat in my body, at once from the perspective of learning girls must be skinny to be seen as beautiful in my teen years, but then also when I felt clearer that I was genderless I felt I should be flatter to be validated, like I was faking something otherwise. Lots of mental work and time passed now I can say, I'm not a woman and yet, I think curves are beautiful, on others and myself.

Moving from Israel to the UK and back every few months is a cultural shock that never seizes to surprise me. What's seen as yelling in the UK is seen as affection in Israel, it always takes a moment to get used to it.

Hey awsome people. So I just wanted to put it out there my pronouns are they/them, I'm not a woman, it's mentioned in my bio / profile but I don't like putting it next to my name. Been misgendered a lot here lately and I don't really take it to heart, especially because people often misgender me while being super supportive of my art. It's just that, when it happens so often by so many people it's a bit much, I thought I should do a toot so new humans to my account would notice. Thank you❤️

TW: OCD
OCD is the hardest part of my PTSD. I wish the abuse was just a thing of the past. But the feeling that I didn't protect myself well enough, that I was caught off guard, at my weakest mentally awakens and takes a hold of my every thought. Overwhelming panic and doubts about irrelevant things that feel like the most urgent and terrifying thing. The one thought feels resolved only to be replaced by another soon after. Just sharing, maybe it helps someone to know they're not alone.
