Interesting I’m the opposite. Although I don’t do ray peat per se. I believe he thinks salmon and sardines are bad for you because the omega threes potentially will go rancid during the digestion process. My summer diet is mostly fruit and some kind of meat once a day. I feel really good on this. 🤷🏻‍♂️
