Thankfully, that is how I like them, but I asked for Avocado which wasn't on the menu for that particular taco, and that made it even more difficult to grasp & to hold together as the tortilla was very thin. We were sitting high stools at a small table top and my jacket was in my lap. I was leaning forward in case of droppings that might land on it. I did put a couple of thin napkins over the jacket, but my concern was whether or not my leaning forward over my plate would cause my stool to slide backwards. It didn't but I was envisioning me falling and first hitting my face into the taco, then hitting the floor in a heap. Shakespeare came to my rescue: All's well that ends well! Myrna had less difficulty eating hers. Our waitress looked to be about 14 yrs old, maybe, so I tipped well. When you've been a waiter at some point, you tend to reward a bit more. Bottom line, the "taco" at Proud Monkdy was enough to ward off hunger until dinner a few hours later.
