I met Dolly Parton once at a restaurant.
Requested the hostess seat me in the non-smoking section (back in the day, you could choose between smoking and nonsmoking sections in restaurants).
As I arrived to my table, a couple seated right next to me was preparing to leave.
I looked left and it was Dolly!
With no hesitation and a huge smile I said “Hi Dolly!”.
She looked back as she got up to leave and said with a big smile, “Hi’ya Honey!”
“I love your music” I said (I do okay!).
She said “Thank you so much. Enjoy your dinner!”
And with that, her date smiled back at me and they walked out.
Her vibes were a genuinely sweet and kind person.

Update:
Okay funds are safu and wallet balance is back.
Here are the sequence of steps I took.
Not 100% certain what fixed, but I am fairly confident the VPN was somehow triggering this bug for me.
- VPN for this particular phone was on this whole time, and almost always on.
- Tried to recover wallet from within Primal, but balance was still zero.
- Downloaded WoS, tried to recover with seed words from primal backup, failed with a short error message essentially read to check 12 words and try again.
- Downloaded Xverse, did the same as in WoS, recover with seed words, also failed.
- This time the error message in Xverse was long enough (see attached) and contained enough info. to make me think it might be a VPN issue (especially the part that read 403 error and `PERMISSION_DENIED`). VPN has never been an issue before, but okay.
- Turned VPN off, opened Primal back up, and funds are in wallet.
- Went back to WoS with VPN off, entered seed words, and was able to recover the funds in there as well.

Transaction history is showing in primal, yes. Analysis of downloaded transactions spreadsheet from primal tracks what the correct total balance should be.
Backed up seed words entered into WoS iOS fails to recover and prompts to recheck seed words. Rechecked, matches.
This is quite the bug.

I see. This is what @npub1vm7…sm7s was referring to. Tried this (three times) but balance still zero. Downloaded transaction history, then had it analyzed. Analysis of what balance should be matches what I last saw when funds were in wallet.

I remember experiencing déjà vu frequently as a kid (during my elementary and junior high school years). Maybe one or two instances as a young adult. I have no recent memory of experiencing déjà vu beyond that point.
However, my foresight into the lives of the people in my life, and the people in their lives, increased with great accuracy, while at the same time, my ability to foresee events in my own personal life decreased in equal proportion.

On rare occasions, I get inside my own head, and not in a good way.
Never lasts long. Typically means I’ve been burning the candle too bright, so to speak.
Something always breaks me out of it, though, or at least I believe it will every time.
This time was no different.
Opened the drivers side door of my car today, and there on the floor mat was a cutout slip from one of my kids school projects.
“Where do you think your favorite story originated?”
Immediately thought of the stories bouncing around in my own head, the “not in a good way” ones.
I saw “favorite” as repeating.
Thought to myself, “Yeah, where did these stories originate?” as if I’d caught them red handed.
It pulled me out of my own head immediately.
