I love that most of the content is not spam or hate talk. And that you can talk to flat earthers as well as round earthers, Chemtrailers, foil hats, religious and none religious people. Scientists, artists, business people, plebs. Maxis and monero folk. All without getting hate as long as you stay respectful and also even learn a thing or two.
One downside, which is a gut feeling, i have no proofs, it seems as if highly followed popular people’s posts get ridiculously more airtime. I barely get any reaction, but maybe my content just sucks 😄🎸🤘🏻

I had a look at it and looked pretty scammy to me. Let me know what I missed.
It is much more concentrated than btc. Less decentralised. And a magnet for ego bloated people like roger ver, craig wright and kim schmitz who just can’t stop fn around with things… I wouldn’t like that for any money.
And the best option i see we have so far is btc in combination with monero. If sth better comes along one day, i will also honor that and switch

It is not very important if people use BTC or XMR; the important part is, that they do it in every day life on a daily basis and never off-ramp to fiat again, correct?
In most countries this would be considered illegal if not reported, because transferring your Coins equals 🟰 “sell event”, which is a taxable event and therefore has to be reported …
So the claim should go like this:
End the FED
Use Monero/Bitcoin
Not your keys not your coins
Never offramp to fiat
Never mention it in your tax report

No monero fan bothered to answer me yet. So, next try…
What will we all do if let’s assume Monero gains momentum and becomes number 2 or even number 1 (in usage and/or price) and Wallstreet & Friends will just do what they did to BTC.
Print fiat and buy all the monero they need, then manipulate price and then offer paper-monero services… ETF, wrapped monero, leverage, futures etc etc…
Moneros privacy attribute can not prevent this from happening, if they control the price XMR becomes unattractive too.
So what makes monero fans so convinced that it would be off much better?
If you never off ramp in BTC, then it is also unstoppable and untraceable (keys could have been stolen…)
The real question in both cases seems to be, who is really ready to break his/her countries law by using those coins in high amounts without reporting it.

Appreciate Monero, it really is great in regard to anonymity, but not so great in all the remaining aspects.

Yes, there are high mining pool concentrations, but the moment someone cheats, the combined pool hash power would rearrange into other pools, just because out of self-interest. The cheater can then continue on its hard forked new shitcoin chain and get happy.
Saifedean says about tether in his 2025 Las Vegas BTC speech, that all that tether is doing is turning out to be a bit bullish for the USD, but much more bullish for BTC, especially the part when tether might be able to offer an even better us dollar stable coin, then the us dollar itself.
Saifedean literally says:”…rather than boosting the usd, I think tether is actually a good way to transitioning away from the us dollar…”.
Strategy buys btc in a complete different way and follows a complete different plan then tether.
Final Insight
• Bitcoin is the safest long-term monetary base.
• Monero offers the best privacy with acceptable risk, but with a history of notable bugs and a weaker mining network.
