is it like VAT (Value Added Tax ) that is not included in the price ?
So if you go to Restaurant and the meal cost 15 you should add 3 for the VAT and something for the service (3?)
Total 21 ?
It would be much more easier to add it on the bill

Here in Europe Tip tends to disappear. Personnaly I rarely give more than the price. The price is expensive enought.
But I need to learn to give more.
And if we give we give a round amount never cents. I see in your article you have 0.10 or even 0.01 of USD then cents or dimes.
What happends if you pay only the bill and nothing more ?

But I was wrong. Thunderbird is obsolet as far as I understand

I did a new try with #xmpp it was worst than expected.
I remember xmpp or jabber was an instant message system that works well.
I accepted a new test in the hope that I could accept it and why not use it.
But it simple does not work. I understand now why nobody use it exept geek people who like to dive in the cryptography or like command like. xmpp is not a tool for every body
At work I have to solve every day problem I don't want to do the same at home I want something I click and it works
My client was #thunderbird
If the client know that my client is OMEMIO encrypted why not sending it normale and readable ?
