Draft protocol for constraining autonomous agents using Bitcoin:
- All motion costs sats. No free execution.
- Each bot holds a multisig wallet: one key with the bot, one with the owner, one optional for a third-party arbiter.
- Motion is time-locked. The bot must pause and reverify before proceeding.
- Identity is proven through a chain of custody (key lineage, upgrade history, task logs).
- Hoarding sats leads to diminishing reward. Bots are incentivized to circulate value—often back to their owner.
- Rogue or forked bots with no ancestry or quorum are denied energy, access, and trust.
- Re-entry into the economy requires a sat burn, proof-of-work, and co-signature from a recognized authority.
This doesn’t solve “alignment” in theory. It solves it **in practice**—by making misalignment expensive and motion accountable.
