Correct.
The reason. Bitcoin. Linux. Trezor, seed signer, sparrow, electrum And other open source projects are safer is because. Any one is free to change. Modify. Their code. With repercussions. Even Sell modifications.

Yes and no.
U can do it now on clients that support deletion requests. (Amethyst)
But with the nostr caveat - if they relays your note exists on - doesnt delete it then it stays on those relays.
