The fact that Bitcoin isn't universally accepted yet is actually a bullish sign 👇
It means there's still a ton of room for growth and adoption. Lightning Network's quick and low-cost transactions are a game changer, and once more people experience that "wow" moment you mentioned, we could see a major shift in public perception.
The general misunderstanding about BTC's transaction speed is more of an opportunity to educate and onboard new users than a permanent drawback. So in essence, the public mind needing a "cache refresh" is a sign of untapped potential rather than a limitation.

Many of my friends hesitate to buy a small amount of Bitcoin, thinking it won't make a difference or isn’t enough.
But with only 21 million #BTC in existence, it's akin to saying you needed to buy an entire city block in the 20s, rather than just a piece of land on it.

For years my brother preached sovereignty and the future-need to be able to autonomously exist in our society — he’d say things like buy farm land now, get off the grid, you can’t trust the government, Bitcoin is the the future…
At the time I would argue with him on how wrong I actually thought he was … I was certain I was right.
Slowly everything he has said (somehow 🙄😉) has become true!

The PoW mechanism requires energy and computational power to solve the problem, making it difficult for any single actor to take control of the network.
The more computational power and energy invested in the network, the more secure it becomes.
In this sense, #Bitcoin is *backed* by energy and compute b/c they are integral to its creation, security, and overall value prop.

Been a huge fan of @CashApp since it’s inception. In fact, I invested in their IPO 10 years ago.
Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend nor use the app with the limits put in place for #Bitcoin.
5k weekly #bitcoin withdrawal limits???
It will take a family member of mine MONTHS to get it all off the exchange. This is insanity.
Other option … sell it, take the taxable event and re-buy on Coinbase for immediate withdrawal to self-custody.
